Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts skilled to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reconciliations, statutory compliances, inventory accounting, internal auditing, GST filing and MIS reporting.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, reconciliation, MS Excel, and accounting software, along with good analytical and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including sales, purchases, cash, bank, and ledger entries.
- Must have hands - on experience in Internal auditing
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and provide accurate financial data to management.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities and ensure timely filing and documentation.
- Maintain proper records and documentation related to GST,



TDS, invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Monitor inventory accounting, stock-related transactions, and reconciliation of physical and book stock.
- Track and manage business expenses, payments, receivables, and cash flow.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding accounts and payment-related matters.

Required Skills:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Must have hands - on experience in Internal auditing and able to independently handle GST filing
- Experience in bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliation
- Strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance
- Hands-on experience with accounting software / ERP
- Experience in handling complete accounting operations independently.
