About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and committed Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Social Science to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to make Social Science engaging, relevant, and inquiry-driven for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Social Science to middle and secondary school students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons using activity-based, experiential and inquiry-based learning.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, projects and other learning resources.
- Integrate current affairs, real-world examples, discussions, debates, maps and case studies into classroom teaching.
- Assess student learning regularly and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance and academic progress.
- Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support and enrichment.
- Encourage critical thinking, communication, research and analytical skills among students.
- Participate in school events, projects, competitions, exhibitions and other co-curricular activities.




- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' overall academic and personal development.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive and disciplined classroom environment.

Eligibility

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Science-related subjects.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- CTET/TET qualification will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in a CBSE school will be preferred.
