Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer queries in a skilled manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update call details.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them when required.
Qualifications
- Any Degree freshers can also apply
- Experienced candidates with tele-calling/customer support is an added advantage
Requirements
- Good communication skills in **English or Telugu**
- Good listening and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Willingness to work in a voice process.
