About the Role

McLiora Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, content promotion, paid advertising, SEO, and campaign execution.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing digital marketing strategies that improve brand visibility, audience engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase engagement and reach.
- Plan, launch, and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on results.
- Conduct keyword research, basic SEO activities, and website optimization.
- Track website traffic, leads, conversions, and other key performance indicators.
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and campaign results.
- Coordinate with the content, graphic design, and video editing teams to create marketing materials.
- Assist in developing content ideas, promotional campaigns, and digital strategies.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.




- Manage online promotions and campaigns to support business and marketing objectives.
- Ensure campaigns are completed within the assigned timelines and budgets.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Experience in managing social media pages and campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Search Console is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand campaign metrics and performance reports.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Valuable knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong interest in learning new digital marketing trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Google Ads, Meta, or other relevant digital marketing certifications will be an advantage.
- Experience handling paid advertising campaigns and lead-generation campaigns is preferred.
