- Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Manual Tester with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Tiruchirappalli. In this role, you will focus heavily on UI responsive testing, cross-browser compatibility, and comprehensive regression testing across various physical devices and operating systems. Experience in E-commerce domain and exposure to AI tools for test case generation will give you a massive advantage.
- Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Device & Cross-Browser Testing: Perform meticulous manual testing across multiple browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge) and operating systems (Mac, Windows).
- Mobile & Responsive Testing: Validate UI/UX responsiveness and functionality on physical devices including iOS (iPhone/iPad) and Android phones/tablets.
- Regression & Functional Testing: Execute deep regression test suites before every release to ensure system stability and that new features haven't broken existing modules.
- Test Documentation: Design, write,



and maintain clear test cases and test scenarios.
- AI Integration: Utilize modern AI tools/platforms to optimize, generate, or expedite test case creation.
- Defect Reporting: Identify, record, document, and track bugs thoroughly using tracking systems (e.g., Jira), collaborating closely with the development team.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven hands-on experience in Software Manual Testing.
- UI & Responsive Mastery: Strong expertise in identifying UI breakage, layout shifts, and responsive web design issues on different viewports.
- Cross-Platform Proficiency: Practical experience testing on diverse ecosystems: Android, iOS, MacOS, and Windows, across major web browsers.
- Core Testing Skills: Deep understanding of software QA methodologies, test types (Smoke, Sanity, Functional, Regression), and the STLC cycle.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical mind, exceptional attention to detail, and good verbal and written communication.

Highly Value-Added Pluses (Preferred Skills)

- E-commerce Experience: Prior experience testing e-commerce platforms (cart flows, payment gateway integrations, catalog management) is well and good / highly preferred.
- Automation Testing: Knowledge or basic hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a highly advantageous differentiator.
- AI Tooling: Experience using AI-powered tools for test suite generation or test management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
