About SERPCrafter

SERPCrafter is a growing startup in the digital marketing and local SEO space, helping businesses improve their online presence through Local SEO, websites, social media marketing, and other digital marketing services.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer who can work across different types of digital projects and is comfortable designing for both websites and social media.

This is a hands-on role where you will work on real client projects, including website graphics, WordPress websites, Shopify stores, social media creatives, landing pages, banners, promotional graphics, and UI/UX designs.

What You'll Do

- Create creative and professional graphics for client websites and digital marketing campaigns.
- Design social media posts, advertisements, banners, promotional creatives, and other marketing materials.
- Create website layouts, graphics, banners, sections, icons, and visual elements.
- Work with WordPress themes and customize website designs according to client requirements.
- Work with Shopify themes and create/customize visual elements for eCommerce websites.
- Design landing pages and website interfaces with a strong focus on usability and conversion.
- Create designs and layouts in Figma for websites and UI/UX projects.
- Edit and prepare images using Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design tools.
- Resize, optimize, and prepare graphics for different platforms, screen sizes, and devices.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, web development, and social media teams.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, spacing,



and overall visual identity.
- Take existing designs and improve them based on client requirements and feedback.
- Stay updated with modern website design, UI/UX, social media design, and digital design trends.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of Figma.
- Experience designing graphics for websites and social media.
- Understanding of WordPress themes and website design.
- Experience with Shopify themes or Shopify website design is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Strong understanding of typography, colors, spacing, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create clean, modern, professional, and conversion-focused designs.
- Ability to work on multiple client projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and ability to understand design requirements.

Good to Have

Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:

- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe XD
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding
- Landing page design
- AI-powered design tools
- Other modern web and graphic design tools

You don't need to be an expert in every tool. We value strong design fundamentals, creativity, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to different client requirements.
