Job Summary

VERQON CORP BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Inbound Voice Process.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, understanding customer requirements, providing accurate information, resolving basic queries and ensuring a professional customer experience.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer service, BPO, call centre or voice processes are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services and processes.
- Resolve customer concerns within the defined process guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the Team Leader or concerned department when required.
- Maintain proper call handling and communication standards.
- Record relevant customer information and call details accurately.
- Follow the company's process, quality and customer service guidelines.
- Maintain required productivity and attendance standards.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Requirements





- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Positive verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Customer-oriented approach and polite communication.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to understand and follow process instructions.
- Willingness to work from office.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in:

- Customer Service
- BPO / Call Centre
- Inbound Voice Process
- Telecalling
- Customer Support
- Retail Customer Service

will be preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹14,000 per month

Salary will be based on the candidate's communication skills, interview performance and relevant experience.
