- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate new leads, acquire new customers, and expand the customer base.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and ensure customer retention.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups, sales visits, and product presentations to improve sales conversion.
- Identify market demand, customer requirements, new market opportunities, and emerging trends.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market conditions and provide relevant feedback to management.
- Support product pricing, sales planning, and area-wise business growth.
- Promote products through appropriate digital marketing and other sales activities to increase brand awareness.
- Ensure product availability and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
- Collect customer feedback, address complaints,



and coordinate for timely resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and other relevant teams for smooth execution of customer orders.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collection from customers.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and profitability.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, and action plans for the following month.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in sales performance, customer satisfaction, and overall profit margins.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
