About the Role

We are looking for our client a results-driven PPC / Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions, and ROI.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to achieve business and lead-generation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage Google Search Ads, Performance Max (PMax), Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute paid marketing strategies focused on lead generation and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy testing, and bid optimization.
- Track and analyze key metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and overall campaign ROI.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking to ensure accurate campaign measurement.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, reduce acquisition costs, and increase conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, features,



and best practices in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience with Google Search Ads and Performance Max campaigns.
- Good understanding of Remarketing / Retargeting campaigns.
- Robust knowledge of lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

We are looking for someone who is performance-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with a strong understanding of paid advertising and a proven ability to generate quality leads while maintaining efficient campaign costs.
