Position :- In-Charge Molding
Manage and supervise molding production activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per daily production plans.
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines and related equipment.
- Ensure proper machine setting, parameter control and process monitoring.
- Handle mold changeover, machine setup and start-up activities.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores and Production teams for smooth operations.
- Manage manpower allocation and shift-wise work distribution.
- Monitor machine utilization, production output and material consumption.
- Maintain shift-wise production records, reports and documentation.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished components.
Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Injection Molding Processes.
- Hands-on experience with injection molding machines and molds.
- Knowledge of machine parameter setting and process control.
- Ability to handle production manpower and shift operations.
- Good understanding of rejection analysis and troubleshooting.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
