We are looking for a Glycobiology Research Scientist to support research involving glycans, glycoproteins, glycolipids, carbohydrate biology, and molecular interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support glycobiology research projects and scientific literature reviews.
- Review glycan and glycoprotein structure/function studies.
- Analyse research involving carbohydrate-protein interactions and glycosylation.
- Review analytical methodologies used in glycobiology research.
- Interpret molecular and biochemical findings.
- Support scientific manuscript preparation and publication.
- Review technical accuracy of figures, pathways, and experimental descriptions.
- Address reviewer/client comments.
Required Educational Background
- Master's or PhD in Glycobiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Bioinformatics, or related field.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant research experience in glycobiology, carbohydrate biology, glycoprotein research, or related areas.
