- Assist in planning and allocating daily staff duties.
- Coordinate shift operations and ensure proper manpower utilization.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide basic guidance when required.
- Ensure all employees follow company policies and SOPs.
- Assist in conducting staff briefings before shifts.
- Monitor customer waiting time and improve service efficiency.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate serious complaints to management.
- Ensure accurate order taking and order processing.
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely order dispatch.
- Monitor outlet sales and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
- Assist in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Check daily cash collections and ensure proper cash-handling procedures.
- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports.
- Check stock availability and coordinate purchase requirements.
- Monitor food wastage and take steps to minimize unnecessary losses.




- Conduct regular checks on product quality and portion standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food materials.
- Monitor expiry dates and follow FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Ensure outlet cleanliness is maintained throughout the shift.
- Conduct regular hygiene and safety checks.
- Assist during audits, inspections, and stock verification.
- Support promotional activities and outlet-level marketing campaigns.
- Observe competitor activities and report useful market information.
- Handle operational issues quickly and communicate them to senior management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and basic training of new crew members.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
