We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Intern Architect to join our Architecture & Design team. The candidate will get hands-on exposure to residential construction projects and will support the architecture team in design development, drawings, documentation, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Architects and the design team in preparing architectural drawings and layouts.
- Support the preparation and modification of 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist in developing plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Support the team in preparing presentation drawings and design documentation.
- Assist with 3D modelling and visualization using relevant software.
- Participate in site visits and understand the execution of architectural designs at site.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project/site teams as required.
- Take site measurements and assist in updating drawings based on site conditions.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and project files.
- Research materials, design references, and architectural solutions.
- Follow project timelines and support the team in completing assigned tasks on time.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or other design software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of basic architectural concepts and construction drawings.
- Ability to read and understand architectural plans.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Creative approach with an interest in residential architecture and design.
Eligibility
- Qualification: B.Arch / Architecture students or recent graduates.
- Experience: Freshers / Architecture students looking for internship opportunities.
- Candidates with a valuable portfolio of academic or personal projects will be preferred.
