Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor movements, and customer needs to spot gaps and current business openings.Work closely with the Workable BD Guide, marketing, and product teams to align campaigns and launch new offerings.

Pipeline Tracking: Monitor conversion metrics, manage CRM databases (e.g., Salesforce), and report revenue forecasts to leadership

Minimum Educational Qualification : BBA-MBA/ Btech

Minumum experience 3 years for Manager and 1 Year for BDO
