Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Business Development

- Identify and generate new business leads through online and offline marketing channels.
- Research potential clients, industries, and target markets.
- Maintain and regularly update the lead database.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team for lead follow-ups.
- Assist in converting marketing-qualified leads into potential customers.

2. Digital Marketing

- Manage and promote UltraShip's presence across social media platforms.
- Create engaging posts, campaigns, and promotional content.
- Assist with email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and other digital campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Support website and online presence management.

3. Content & Branding

- Develop marketing content for social media, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
- Ensure all marketing communication follows UltraShip's brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with graphic designers/content creators whenever required.
- Develop creative campaigns to increase brand awareness.

4. Market Research

- Conduct research on competitors, customers, industry trends, and market opportunities.
- Identify new marketing channels and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare reports on market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide actionable insights to management.

5. Client & Partner Outreach

- Assist in reaching out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospects and business partners.
- Coordinate meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain proper records of communication.

6. Campaign Management

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.




- Track campaign performance, leads generated, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.
- Suggest current ideas to improve lead generation and brand visibility.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques.
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising is preferred.
- Solid research and analytical skills.
- Creative approach to marketing and content development.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Target-oriented and proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, lead generation, or a related role.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, freight, supply chain, or B2B marketing will be an added advantage.
