Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor/Manager to manage our after-sales service and operations for fitness equipment, bicycles, and skates.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer satisfaction, service quality, workshop operations, technician performance, service revenue, warranty support, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure fast, skilled, and high-quality customer service.
- Resolve customer service issues and ensure service SLAs and turnaround times are met.
- Manage installation, product trials, repairs, maintenance, and warranty services.
- Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
- Ensure the workshop meets brand standards, safety requirements, cleanliness standards, and audit criteria.
- Monitor technician productivity, service quality, and overall performance.
- Drive service revenue through repairs, installations, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and extended warranties.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly service revenue and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with Sales, Inventory, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts.




- Lead technician training and development across cycling, fitness equipment, and skates.
- Conduct training on products, service SOPs, safety, and customer interaction.
- Maintain technician skill matrices and development plans.
- Maintain accurate service records, customer feedback, training records, and audit documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on CSAT, service revenue, audit performance, and technician productivity.

Requirements:

- 3–7 years of experience in service management, after-sales service, workshop operations, or a related field.
- Experience managing technicians or a service team.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma/Polytechnic or ITI in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or related technical fields; B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
- Experience in fitness equipment, bicycles, sports equipment, consumer durables, automotive, or similar industries is preferred.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
