What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar lead-generation and CRM platforms.
- Experience with multiple BD channels, not limited to Upwork.
- Ability to generate leads, identify business opportunities, and convert prospects into clients.
- Strong client communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements, build relationships, and achieve business targets.
