Position: Business Development Associate
Location: Guwahati, Assam
Open to travel across Northeast India
What You’ll Do
- Develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build relationships with hotels, tour operators, travel partners & local businesses
- Identify and onboard tourism partners across Northeast India
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Support sales, marketing and partnership initiatives
- Represent Holiday On Hill at meetings, events and networking opportunities
We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Passion for travel and tourism
- Sales/business development mindset
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Experience in tourism, hospitality or sales is a plus
