Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who understands social media trends, creator content, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate should be skilled in crafting high-engagement, platform-optimized videos.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in editing tools - Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro and CapCut (important for reel-style edits)
- Solid understanding of: Social media formats & aspect ratios, Hook-based editing, Storytelling for short attention spans
- Knowledge of: Color grading, Sound design and Motion graphics basics

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Video engagement rate (likes, shares, saves)
- Watch time & retention rate
- Turnaround time
- Content virality / trend adaptation
