- Inspection of cutting tools and components as per drawings and specifications.
- Perform in-process and final inspection.
- Handle measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate with Production for corrective actions.
- Understand engineering drawings, tolerances and basic GD&T.;
- Support quality improvement and rejection reduction activities.
- Maintain 5S and quality standards in the work area.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of machining and cutting tools.
- Good knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
