Printing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Printing Manager to manage day-to-day printing and production operations. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, team management, quality control, machine utilization, material management and ensuring all orders are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule and monitor daily printing and production activities.
- Manage the complete printing process from job receipt to final dispatch.
- Handle Digital, Offset, Flex and other printing processes as required.
- Allocate jobs and responsibilities to machine operators and production staff.
- Monitor machine performance, production output and downtime.
- Ensure print quality, colour accuracy, finishing quality and consistency.
- Check job specifications, paper/material requirements and production timelines.
- Coordinate with the Design, Sales, Procurement and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor raw materials such as paper, ink, vinyl, media and other printing consumables.
- Minimize material wastage, reprints and production losses.
- Identify production issues and take quick corrective action.
- Ensure all customer orders are completed within the committed delivery timelines.
- Maintain production records, job sheets and daily production reports.
- Monitor and control production costs wherever possible.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of printing machines and equipment.
- Train, guide and supervise the production team.




- Ensure safety and discipline standards are followed on the production floor.
- Handle urgent and bulk printing requirements efficiently.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of printing processes and production workflow.
- Valuable understanding of Digital / Offset / Flex printing.
- Knowledge of paper, GSM, ink, media, finishing and binding processes.
- Good team handling and leadership skills.
- Strong production planning and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent requirements.

Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Production, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in the printing industry will be preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in commercial printing, digital printing, signage, branding, corporate printing or packaging will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
