About the Role

Kansoft Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Trainee to join our HR team. This role is primarily focused on Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, offering hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, candidate coordination, and interview management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – 90%

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess basic skills, experience, communication, and role suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidate profiles.
- Support the team in meeting recruitment targets and closing open positions.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Other HR Activities – 10%

- Assist with basic HR coordination and documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.




- Maintain HR records and assist with routine HR tasks as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes and basic technical hiring.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is an advantage.
- Interest in IT/technical recruitment will be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
