Role Purpose: Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise IT strategy.

- 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with multiple module implementations.
- Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and enterprise ITSM/ITOM.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
