· Manage desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, POS systems, biometric devices, routers, switches, Wi-Fi equipment and other IT hardware.

· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, POS, connectivity and peripheral-related issues.

· Maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, access points and internet connectivity across factory, office and retail stores.

· Provide technical support to retail stores for POS/billing systems, printers, barcode scanners, computers, internet and related equipment.

· Install, configure and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, storage, cabling and remote-viewing systems.

· Regularly check CCTV camera functionality, recording, storage capacity, camera angles and remote access.

· Conduct preventive maintenance of IT hardware, networking equipment, CCTV systems and related infrastructure.

· Maintain accurate IT asset records including asset ID, serial number, location, user, warranty and movement details.

· Coordinate complete IT setup for recent retail stores, including computers, POS, printers, networking, internet and CCTV.

· Provide technical support to Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Dispatch, Accounts, HR,



Administration and other departments.

· Coordinate with internet service providers, CCTV vendors, hardware vendors, AMC providers and other technical service providers.

· Monitor AMC, warranty and service-contract expiry dates and coordinate timely renewal or replacement.

· Maintain network diagrams, IP details, CCTV camera lists, asset registers, service reports and other IT documentation.

· Support basic data/system backup activities and CCTV backup/recovery requirements as assigned.

· Ensure appropriate access controls, secure network configuration and authorized access to IT and CCTV systems.

· Provide basic technical guidance and training to employees and retail-store staff.

· Identify IT hardware, networking and CCTV requirements and provide technical specifications for procurement.

· Provide immediate technical support during critical IT, network, POS or CCTV failures affecting business operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
