1. CCA Planning & Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all co-curricular activities across the school.
- Prepare and maintain the annual/monthly CCA calendar in coordination with the Academic and School Leadership teams.
- Ensure activities are conducted as per the planned schedule and school objectives.
- Coordinate with teachers, activity instructors, and external vendors for smooth execution.
2. Student Activities & Engagement
- Identify and promote students’ interests and talents in sports, arts, music, dance, cultural activities, clubs, and other co-curricular areas.
- Ensure maximum student participation and engagement in CCA activities.
- Maintain student participation records and track student performance and achievements.
- Encourage students to participate in inter-school, intra-school, and external competitions.
3. Event & Competition Management
- Coordinate school events, competitions, celebrations, exhibitions, workshops, and cultural programmes.
- Prepare event schedules, participant lists, requirements, and activity plans.
- Ensure all required materials, equipment, venues, and resources are arranged before each activity/event.
- Coordinate rehearsals, practice sessions, and event-day execution.
- Ensure events are conducted in an organized, timely, and safe manner.
4. Staff & Instructor Coordination
- Allocate responsibilities to teachers and CCA instructors for various activities.
- Monitor the attendance, punctuality, and performance of CCA instructors.
- Coordinate with teachers regarding student participation, practice schedules, and activity requirements.
- Provide necessary guidance and support to instructors and teachers.
5. Vendor & External Coordination
- Coordinate with external coaches, trainers, academies, artists, and activity vendors.
- Monitor the quality and effectiveness of external CCA programmes.
- Coordinate schedules, requirements, payments, and other operational matters with vendors in consultation with the concerned management team.
- Ensure vendors comply with school policies and safety standards.
6. Budget & Resource Management
- Prepare activity-wise requirements and estimated budgets.
- Monitor the utilization of CCA-related resources and equipment.
- Ensure proper maintenance and secure usage of sports equipment, musical instruments, art materials, and other CCA resources.
- Maintain an inventory of CCA materials and equipment.
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of activities, competitions, student participation, achievements, and events.
- Prepare periodic CCA reports for the Principal/Management.
- Maintain photographs, certificates, achievement records, and other documentation related to CCA activities.
- Track student and school achievements for newsletters, social media, displays, and official records in coordination with the concerned teams.
8. Student Safety & Discipline
- Ensure student safety during all CCA activities, practices, competitions, and events.
- Ensure proper supervision of students during activities.
- Follow school safety, discipline, and child-protection guidelines.
- Immediately report any incidents, concerns, or grievances to the appropriate authority.
9. Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with the Principal, Academic Team, Coordinators, teachers, Admin, Transport, and other departments for smooth execution of activities.
- Communicate activity schedules and requirements to concerned staff and students in advance.
- Ensure there are no communication gaps regarding events, competitions, practices, or schedule changes.
10. Overall Responsibility
- Take complete ownership of the planning, execution, monitoring, and development of the school's CCA programme.
- Introduce innovative activities and programmes that support students' overall development.
- Continuously evaluate CCA programmes and recommend improvements based on student participation and feedback.
- Ensure that all CCA activities contribute to students' academic, social, emotional, physical, and creative development.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
