We are looking for an experienced Accounts Head to manage and lead the company's complete Accounts & Finance function. The candidate will be responsible for team management, accounting operations, financial control, taxation, budgeting, cash flow, audits, MIS reporting, and cost control.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting as well as the ability to lead a team, delegate work, monitor financial performance, and provide accurate financial insights to management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the complete Accounts & Finance team.
- Allocate and segregate work among team members and ensure timely completion.
- Review and monitor day-to-day accounting operations.
- Oversee billing, receivables, payables, GST, TDS, payroll, taxation, bank reconciliation and other accounting functions.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual books of accounts.
- Monitor cash flow, outstanding payments, collections and vendor payments.
- Prepare and review MIS, financial reports, budgets and cash-flow statements for management.
- Monitor company expenses and implement effective cost and expense control measures.
- Review financial transactions, payments, expenses and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper accounting records, internal controls and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants and other financial stakeholders.
- Handle and coordinate internal, statutory and tax audits.
- Identify financial discrepancies, control unnecessary expenses and improve accounting processes.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Procurement and other departments for financial and accounting requirements.




- Provide management with financial analysis and recommendations for better cost control and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements.
- Lead, train and develop the Accounts team and maintain strong financial discipline.
- Take overall responsibility for the accuracy, efficiency and performance of the Accounts Department.

Candidate Requirements

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong experience in team handling, work delegation and team management.
- Hands-on experience in multiple accounting and finance functions.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, audits, banking and statutory compliance.
- Experience in expense control, financial control, budgeting, cash-flow management and MIS reporting.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/Tally.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in hospitality, healthcare, food service or multi-site organizations will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
