We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Intern who can handle customer enquiries, follow up with leads, convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, and coordinate inspection schedules with the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for lead conversions (No Cold Calling)
- Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, email, and other chat platforms
- Explain HousyPoint services to prospective clients
- Generate and share quotations based on customer requirements
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Schedule inspections and coordinate with the operations team
- Maintain customer records and update lead status in the CRM system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Assist in sales and marketing campaigns to generate current business opportunities
