Experience: Minimum 5 years; 7–8 years preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
- Teach Gujarati language and literature as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, grammar and comprehension skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments and examination papers.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and provide additional support where required.
- Encourage interest in Gujarati literature, culture and heritage.
- Maintain classroom discipline and actively participate in school and co-curricular activities.
- Contribute to students’ discipline, values and overall development in the residential school environment.
Skills Required
- Excellent command of Gujarati language and grammar.
- Good working knowledge of English.
- Strong teaching, communication and classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of CBSE teaching and assessment methods.
- Basic computer and digital teaching skills.
- Sainik / Residential / Boarding School experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable with a full-time residential position.
