Human Resources Intern

NXTWISE IT PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR and Talent Acquisition activities

Role and Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

Conduct candidate calls and follow ups

Coordinate interviews and candidate communication

Maintain recruitment records and databases

Support onboarding and HR documentation

Assist with day to day HR activities

Eligibility

Graduates and Freshers

MBA HR or HR Specialization preferred

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn and take responsibility

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Internship Details

Duration 3 Months

Work Mode Work From Home

Stipend Unpaid

Experience Letter provided upon successful completion

Full time opportunity may be available based on performance

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
