Job Summary:
Responsible for overall management of solar project sites, ensuring timely execution, quality, safety, manpower coordination, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise overall solar site activities from installation to commissioning.
- Plan daily work schedules and monitor project progress against timelines.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, technicians, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources effectively.
- Ensure installation and electrical works comply with approved designs and quality standards.
- Monitor testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, material records, and site documentation.
- Coordinate with management and provide regular updates on project status.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved quality and cost parameters.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
