The company provides property consultation, project development, and post-sale support, with 100+ completed and 50+ ongoing projects.

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to plan and manage paid advertising campaigns that generate quality property leads and deliver a strong return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate quality property leads.
- Run lead-generation campaigns for residential, plot, and commercial projects with defined cost-per-lead targets.
- Optimise campaigns through A/B testing of creatives, audiences, keywords, and landing pages.
- Set up and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage website visitors and enquirers.
- Track ROI, ROAS, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with explicit recommendations.
- Coordinate with the design, content, and sales teams to align creatives and lead follow-up.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong command of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and budget management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.
- Real estate or lead-generation experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
