About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer – Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of basic graphic design principles, visual communication, and social media creatives.

Basic knowledge of SEO and backlinking will be an added advantage. The candidate will work closely with the HR, Marketing, and Business teams to create engaging visual content for digital platforms and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Create social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Design graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Assist in creating branding and promotional materials for company campaigns and events.
- Edit and resize images according to different platform requirements.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams for creative requirements.
- Support basic website and digital marketing activities.
- Assist with basic SEO and backlinking activities, including backlink research, directory submissions, and outreach support.




- Stay updated with current graphic design and social media trends.
- Handle multiple creative tasks and complete assignments within deadlines.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of colors, typography, layouts, and visual composition.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and backlinking.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification

- Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with a portfolio of academic, personal, or freelance design work will be preferred.
