Senior Manager – Growth & Marketing

Key Roles

- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and brand expansion.

- Digital Marketing: Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google Ads, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.

- Brand Strategy: Build and strengthen brand positioning, communication, and overall market presence.

- Customer Acquisition: Develop acquisition funnels and optimize campaigns to improve CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS.

- Content & Social Media: Lead content strategy, campaigns, social media growth, and creative direction across platforms.

- Performance & Analytics: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.

- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor creative, marketing, performance,



and content teams while driving cross-functional collaboration.

- Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and business opportunities to accelerate growth.

- Market Research: Analyze customer behavior, competitors, market trends, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategy.

- Budget Management: Plan and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and business impact.

- Website & Conversion Optimization: Improve landing pages, websites, customer journeys, and conversion funnels.

- Business Growth: Work closely with leadership, sales, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
