Roles & Responsibilities – Telecaller (Marketing)

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases
- Explain company products/services clearly and confidently to potential clients
- Generate and qualify leads for the marketing and sales teams
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication
- Update customer details, call status, and remarks accurately in the CRM or lead tracker
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets as assigned
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide correct information
- Schedule appointments or callbacks for counselors/sales executives when required
- Maintain proper call etiquette and a positive brand image of the company
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign-related calling activities
- Track feedback from prospects and report market insights to the reporting manager
- Ensure data confidentiality and comply with company policies
- Submit daily work reports and performance updates on time

- Required staffs for Evening shift from 5:30 PM -1:30 AM
- Freshers can also apply
- May be have to work on holidays
- Proven work experience as a telecaller in a similar role.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, web analytics, and Google Adwords.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field is typically preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
