About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic and camera-friendly Content Creator & Social Media Executive to join our team in Chandigarh.

This is a hands-on startup role where you'll be involved in creating, shooting, editing and managing content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.

You'll also help us create content around our software products, startup journey, technology, AI and business.

What You'll Do

- Create and shoot short-form videos, Reels, UGC-style content and YouTube videos
- Appear confidently on camera for Reels, product videos, UGC and social-media content
- Edit short-form videos, Reels, YouTube videos and product/demo videos
- Create graphics, thumbnails, social-media posts and promotional creatives
- Manage and schedule content across social-media platforms
- Research trends, viral formats, hooks and content ideas
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas for our brand
- Create content around our software products, technology, AI and startup journey
- Write basic captions, hooks and content scripts
- Repurpose content into different formats for different platforms
- Use AI tools to speed up content creation, editing and ideation
- Help build and maintain AppZex's social-media presence and brand




- Work directly with the founder and team to plan and produce content

What We're Looking For

- Strong interest in content creation, social media and digital marketing
- Comfortable speaking and appearing on camera
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social-media content
- Basic-to-good video editing skills
- Basic graphic design skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends and engaging content
- Ability to come up with ideas instead of only executing instructions
- Comfortable learning and using AI tools
- Good communication skills
- Freshers are welcome if you have strong personal projects, content, portfolio or creative work

Tools

Experience with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, Photoshop or similar tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month

Important: This role involves regularly creating on-camera content. You should be comfortable appearing in Reels, UGC videos, product demos and other social-media content.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
