### About the Role

We are looking for a *motivated and customer-focused Business Development Executive* to connect with customers, understand their requirements, generate business opportunities, and build strong client relationships.

### Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and messages.

* Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.





* Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

* Explain company services and assist with client queries.

* Maintain lead and customer records in CRM.

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

### Requirements

* *1–2 years of experience* in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Positive command of *English and Hindi and regional languages*.
