We are looking for a Supplier Engineering Coordinator to coordinate between suppliers and internal engineering teams. The candidate will ensure timely completion of drawings, technical documents, reviews, and project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal engineering teams.
- Track supplier deliverables and project timelines.
- Follow up on drawings, documents, and technical inputs.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and status updates.
- Coordinate meetings and record action points.
- Follow up for timely closure of pending actions.
- Support PPAP, drawing/print reviews, and engineering releases.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve technical issues.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering.
- 3–7 years of experience in automotive engineering coordination.
- Experience in supplier coordination and engineering documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Valuable knowledge of project tracking and reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of automotive product development / suspension systems.
- Basic knowledge of Teamcenter / PLM.
- Experience in supplier quality or project coordination.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
