We are looking for confident and target-driven candidates who have strong English communication skills and are interested in B2B sales and international business development.

Job Title: International Sales Executive
Location: Kolkata – Work From Office
Experience: 0–3 Years
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift: Night Shift
Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Off

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US-based businesses and potential clients.
- Identify business requirements and present suitable digital solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and other sales channels.
- Promote services such as Website Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, PPC, and Online Branding.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients.
- Update lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
- Prepare daily sales and revenue reports.

Required Skills





- Excellent English communication skills are required.
- Valuable verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales conversations.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Experience

Candidates with experience in International Sales, B2B Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Business Development, BPO, or International Voice Process are preferred.

Freshers with excellent English communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also welcome to apply.
