The internship provides exposure to real product development, software testing, debugging, Git/GitHub, Agile/Scrum, Jira, API integration, databases, documentation, cloud technologies, AI/ML model integration, Generative AI application development, and end-to-end project execution.

Interns will work with experienced team members and contribute to actual web applications, mobile applications, ERP systems, LMS platforms, AI-powered products, APIs, Machine Learning solutions, LLM-based applications, Generative AI tools, and other technology projects.

Depending on their skills and interests, interns may get opportunities to work on AI-powered features, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, RAG-based applications, AI agents, chatbot development, personalized learning systems, recommendation systems, data processing, model experimentation, and AI automation workflows using technologies such as Python, LangChain, Hugging Face, and other modern Generative AI frameworks and tools.

This internship is designed for candidates who are eager to learn, experiment, solve real-world problems, build production-oriented solutions, and understand the complete software development lifecycle.

- Work on real-world software, technology, AI/ML, and product development projects under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Contribute to assigned development, testing, debugging, AI/ML experimentation, API integration, research, documentation, or technical tasks based on project requirements.
- Understand assigned requirements, user stories, technical specifications, workflows, and business use cases.
- Participate in daily Scrum/stand-up meetings and provide clear updates on assigned work, progress, and blockers.
- Develop new features, modules, APIs, UI components, mobile features, or technical solutions using the relevant technology stack.
- Write clean, readable, modular, maintainable, and reusable code following project coding standards.
- Work with technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, Flutter, Dart, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, SQL,



or other relevant technologies depending on project requirements.
- Assist in developing and integrating Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and LLM-powered features where applicable.
- Work with Python, LLMs, LangChain, Hugging Face, RAG, vector databases, AI APIs, prompt engineering, AI agents, NLP, and other Generative AI technologies based on assigned projects.
- Assist in data preparation, preprocessing, model experimentation, evaluation, prompt testing, and AI/ML solution development when working on AI-related projects.
- Research and experiment with recent AI models, GenAI tools, libraries, frameworks, APIs, and emerging technologies to identify practical product applications.
- Work with REST APIs, including developing, integrating, testing, and validating API requests and responses.
- Assist with integration between frontend, backend, mobile applications, AI services, APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Work with databases such as MySQL or other relevant databases and perform basic data creation, querying, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Debug and troubleshoot application, API, database, integration, or AI/ML-related issues identified during development and testing.
- Perform functional and technical validation of developed features against defined requirements.
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, test scripts, API tests, and validation workflows when assigned to QA/testing activities.
- Perform relevant functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, API, UI, exploratory, or automation testing based on project requirements.
- Identify, document, reproduce, and track software defects, bugs, integration issues, and technical problems.
- Use Git/GitHub and follow the team's version control, branching, commit, pull request, and code review practices.
- Create branches, write meaningful commits, push changes, raise pull requests, and participate in code reviews where applicable.
- Use project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms to manage and track assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, AI/ML engineers, project analysts, product teams, designers, and other team members.
- Assist in requirement analysis, identify missing information, understand dependencies, and raise technical questions proactively.
- Validate completed features against business requirements, user workflows, technical specifications, and expected product behavior.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, API documentation, development notes, AI/ML experiment notes, test reports, user documentation, and feature documentation as required.
- Assist in product demonstrations, feature validation, proof-of-concept development, and technical presentations.
- Research new programming languages, frameworks, AI/ML models, GenAI tools, libraries, APIs, testing tools, databases, and development practices.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies based on project needs and business requirements.
- Participate in technical discussions, brainstorming sessions, code reviews, sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives, and project meetings.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular progress updates on assigned tasks.




- Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines and communicate risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively.
- Follow established standards for software development, QA, AI/ML experimentation, Git, documentation, security, and project execution.
- Contribute ideas to improve product functionality, user experience, code quality, AI capabilities, testing processes, automation, and development workflows.
- Take ownership of assigned technical tasks, demonstrate a learning mindset, and continuously improve technical and problem-solving skills.
- Explore opportunities to use AI and automation to improve software development, testing, documentation, research, and business workflows..

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 years of experience.
- Students or recent graduates interested in Project Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, QA, or Technology Operations.
- Basic understanding of software development and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and work with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Ability to follow up with team members and maintain execution discipline.
- Basic understanding of web and mobile applications is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of QA, software testing, or UAT is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, frontend, backend, or mobile application development is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations, documentation, and project trackers.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong ownership and willingness to learn.
