- Lead the complete setup and commissioning of the lithium-ion battery manufacturing facility.
- Develop and implement end-to-end battery cell/module/pack manufacturing processes, depending on the selected technology.
- Advise on appropriate battery chemistry and technology such as LFP, NMC, or other suitable chemistries based on target applications.
- Define manufacturing processes, production flow, equipment requirements, plant layout, utilities, and manpower requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with machinery and equipment suppliers.
- Develop and optimize SOPs, process parameters, quality standards, and production systems.
- Establish systems for incoming raw-material inspection, production quality control, testing, traceability, and final product validation.
- Provide technical guidance on key raw materials, components, suppliers, sourcing, and procurement.
- Develop BOMs, product specifications, manufacturing costs, and production economics.
- Help establish reliable and cost-effective vendor and supply-chain networks.
- Understand current Indian and international lithium-ion battery markets,



applications, competitors, pricing, and emerging technologies.
- Identify potential customers and market opportunities in areas such as EVs, energy storage systems (ESS), solar storage, telecom, industrial applications, and other relevant segments.
- Support product development and customization according to customer requirements.
- Develop systems for battery pack assembly, BMS integration, testing, safety, and performance validation, where applicable.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for production, yield, quality, rejection, cost, productivity, and efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and build a capable technical and production team.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian regulations, safety requirements, certifications, and industry standards.
- Continuously evaluate recent battery technologies, manufacturing methods, suppliers, and market opportunities.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
