Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders for complete understanding of functional and corollary technical requirements
- Provide application support and troubleshoot issues across front to back office systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal development practices clean scalable testable code
- Follow best practices in design build and source control management
- Document technical designs and maintain system documentation
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Technical Requirements:
- Skills Downstream Upstream Midstream
- Bachelor s degree or master s degree in business management Degree in IT Computer Science related discipline
