Job Description:

We are actively hiring candidates based in our priority states: Meghalaya, Mizoram, Manipur, West Bengal, Nagaland, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Himachal Pradesh.

Role Overview: As a Recruiter, you will build and manage a strong candidate network within your assigned state, focusing on candidates interested in migrant employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain a solid state-level candidate network.

* Identify, connect with, and counsel active job seekers.

* Develop working relationships with local recruiters, sourcing partners, local communities, colleges, vocational training centers, and candidate networks.

* Generate qualified candidate leads for ongoing client requirements.

* Screen, evaluate, and shortlist profiles according to job specifications.

* Coordinate interviews between candidates and the recruitment team.

* Manage end-to-end candidate engagement from selection and offer release to final onboarding.

* Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, databases, and recruitment trackers.

* Achieve monthly sourcing, interview, and joining targets.





* Collaborate closely with the central recruitment team.

Schedule and Work Structure:

* Work Days: 5 days per week

* Core Working Hours: 6 hours per day

* Dedicated Learning: 1 hour per day

* Break Time: 1 hour per day

* Salary Credit: Processed from the 1st of every month

Compensation and Benefits:

* Fixed CTC: ₹2,00,000 - ₹5,00,000 per annum

* Performance Incentives: Up to ₹1,00,000 - ₹2,00,000 per month through 7 performance-based incentive modules (dependent on targets achieved and company policy)

Candidate Profile:

* Education: MBA in HR or relevant Human Resources degree preferred.

* Experience: Prior experience or strong interest in Talent Acquisition / Staffing. Motivated freshers with excellent communication and networking skills are welcome to apply.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Proven networking and sourcing capability.

* Solid candidate handling, pipeline management, and follow-up skills.

* Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of operating independently across the local market.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
