Role Description -

- Review, analyze, and annotate text data following predefined guidelines.
- Evaluate AI model outputs for accuracy, relevance, and quality.
- Perform content summarization, paraphrasing, categorization, and intent labeling.
- Identify trends, insights, and patterns from labeled datasets.
- Conduct comparative assessments of model responses and provide improvement recommendations.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through attention to detail and adherence to SOPs.
- Create reports, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate in calibration sessions, audits, and process enhancement activities.
- Utilize spreadsheets, web-based tools, and annotation platforms for data evaluation tasks.
- Continuously learn and adapt to evolving AI workflows and project requirements.

Qualifications Required-

- Bachelor’s degree in any field; technical background preferred.
- Experience in data operations, BPO, or AI/ML labeling is an advantage.
- Robust attention to detail, analytical skills, and process adherence.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,500.00 per month
