We are looking for a professional and proactive Guest Relationship Executive to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our guests or clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a memorable experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a talent for resolving issues efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service & Experience

- Welcome guests, clients, or VIP visitors warmly, manage check-in/registration processes (where applicable), and ensure their immediate needs are met.
- Act as the main liaison for guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests, providing prompt and qualified solutions.
- Anticipate guest preferences and coordinate with internal teams (such as housekeeping, food & beverage, or maintenance) to deliver personalized experiences.

Relationship Building & Communication

- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with regular clients, members, or high-value guests to drive loyalty and satisfaction.




- Conduct follow-up check-ins during stays or visits to gauge satisfaction and address minor concerns before they escalate.

Administrative & Operational Support

- Maintain accurate digital and physical logs of guest interactions, feedback, preferences, and transactions within the CRM or database system.
- Assist in managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, and coordinating event logistics or open houses when required.
- Document and manage lost-and-found items or special billing/service requests according to company policy.

Conflict & Complaint Resolution

- Handle challenging situations, complaints, or escalations with empathy, patience, and a calm problem-solving attitude.
- Follow up on service recovery actions to ensure complete customer satisfaction and prevent future occurrences.

Pay: ₹8,900.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
