Job Description – Associate Dentist – Toothsi CentreCompensation
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 Gross per Month + Incentives

Role: Associate Dentist
We are looking for a self-driven, energetic, and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our Toothsi Centre team.
The role is suited for a dentist who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-enabled retail healthcare environment and is interested in developing expertise in aligners, smile makeovers, preventive dentistry, and patient consultations.
The Associate Dentist will be responsible for clinical consultations, dental scans, minor dental procedures, aligner-related activities, patient management, and supporting day-to-day centre operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities
- Conduct dental scans and provide initial teeth-alignment consultations.
- Counsel patients on suitable solutions related to clear aligners, oral hygiene, and teeth whitening.
- Perform minor dental procedures such as scaling, restorations/fillings, and OPG-related procedures, as applicable.
- Assist orthodontists during aligner-related procedures and consultations.
- Learn and perform aligner delivery and related clinical procedures as per company protocols and clinical guidelines.
- Handle emergency and individual patient appointments when required.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and follow established clinical and infection-control protocols.
Patient & Centre Responsibilities
- Manage patient consultations and ensure a smooth, professional, and positive patient experience.
- Address patient queries, concerns,
and escalations confidently and professionally.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, timelines, and relevant aftercare to patients.
- Build trust and maintain strong patient relationships throughout the treatment journey.
- Coordinate effectively with orthodontists, clinical teams, and centre staff.
- Support the day-to-day functioning and operational requirements of the Toothsi Centre.
Business & Team Responsibilities
- Contribute to achieving centre-level clinical and business objectives.
- Educate patients about relevant treatment options and products based on their clinical requirements.
- Maintain a customer-focused and consultation-oriented approach.
- Support the team in achieving centre performance objectives while maintaining appropriate clinical standards.
- Work collaboratively with the centre team while being capable of handling responsibilities independently.
Candidate Profile
- BDS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid dental registration with the applicable State Dental Council.
- Strong communication and patient consultation skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with patients in a retail healthcare environment.
- Willingness to learn aligner workflows, digital dental scanning, and smile-makeover processes.
- Strong clinical fundamentals and attention to detail.
- Self-driven, energetic, and adaptable in a quick-paced work environment.
- Quick learner with good grasping and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable handling patient queries, concerns, and escalations.
- Customer-focused with an understanding of consultation and business objectives.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Working Details
- Work Location: In-person at the assigned Toothsi Centre
- Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational weekday off
- Weekend Availability: Saturday and Sunday are working days; weekly off will not be provided on weekends.
- Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 Gross per Month + Incentives
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
