We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor for residential bungalow construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and labour
- Allocate work to masons, helpers and contractors
- Coordinate with the Civil Site Engineer
- Ensure work is carried out as per instructions and drawings
- Check line, level and plumb during construction
- Supervise masonry, RCC and finishing activities
- Monitor material unloading and storage
- Keep track of daily labour attendance and work progress
- Identify site issues and immediately report them to the engineer
- Maintain site discipline and cleanliness
- Ensure proper workmanship and minimize material wastage
Candidate Requirements:
- 5–10 years of practical construction-site experience
- Bungalow/residential construction experience preferred
- Solid knowledge of masonry, RCC and finishing work
- Able to manage masons and labour independently
- Gujarati/Hindi communication preferred
- Must be responsible, punctual and actively involved at site
