We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and responsible Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, GST, TDS, Tally, banking transactions, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily updating of cash and bank entries
- Tally data entry and maintenance of financial records
- GST reconciliation and verification of GSTR-2B with purchase records
- Preparation and maintenance of day books, vouchers, and petty cash records
- Recording and managing monthly purchase entries
- Tracking and verification of supervisor/site expenses
- TDS calculation and monthly TDS return filing
- Salary calculation and payroll preparation
- E-invoicing and daily online banking/payment transactions
- Bank reconciliation and monitoring of financial transactions
- Preparation of monthly and management financial reports

Reports & MIS Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining:

- Rearranged / Managerial Profit & Loss Statement
- Monthly Balance Sheet Summary
- Weekly / Monthly Cash Flow Statement
- Customer-wise Receivables Aging Report
- Vendor-wise Payables Aging Report
- Project / Division-wise Profitability Report




- Forecast & Cash Flow Projection Report
- Loan & Interest Obligation Tracker
- Tax Liability Summary Report
- Working Capital Position Report
- Monthly Management Information System (MIS) Summary

Requirements

- Proven experience in accounting and financial operations
- Good working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, e-invoicing, and bank reconciliation
- Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet monthly compliance deadlines
- Good analytical and reporting skills

Qualification

- M.Com / CA Inter / CA Articleship Completed
