All Cotton And Linen is looking for a Fabric Sourcing Merchandiser with strong knowledge of linen fabrics and textile sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source linen and other fabrics based on product requirements, quality, and pricing.
- Identify and develop reliable linen fabric suppliers and mills.
- Evaluate fabric quality, construction, GSM, composition, finishes, and suitability for products.
- Handle fabric sampling, quotations, approvals, and order follow-ups.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and order terms with suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely fabric availability.
- Maintain solid supplier relationships and develop new sourcing opportunities.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of linen fabrics, qualities, constructions, and finishes.
- Experience in fabric sourcing, textile merchandising, or home textiles.
- Good understanding of textile suppliers and sourcing markets.
- Strong supplier network and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing requirements and timelines.
