Job Description:
We are looking for a CNC Turning Operator with 0 to 3 years of experience to operator CNC turning machines and support daily production activities. Freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma qualification and basic CNC knowledge can also apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC Turning machines safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload components as per production requirements.
- Follow engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Perform basic tool changes and tool offset corrections.
- Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and Gauges.
- Monitor machining quality and identify dimensional variations.
- Maintain required production quantity and quality standards.
- Follow safety procedures, 5S and shop-floor discipline.
- Maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area.
- Report machine/tool-related issues to the supervisor.
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Machinist, Production or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in CNC Turning operation.
- Freshers with basic CNC knowledge can also apply.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of CNC Turning operation.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Willingness to work 10-hour shifts.
- Valuable attendance incentive and Production incentive .
- Fanuc control knowledge will be an added advantage.
