- 8–15 years of maintenance experience in plastic injection moulding manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Good understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and PLC systems.
- Experience in plant utilities and facility maintenance.
- Knowledge of preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of TPM, 5S, RCA, CAPA, MTBF and MTTR.
- Good team leadership and vendor-management skills.
- Ability to work in a 24×7 / shift-based manufacturing environment when required.
